Ball for $120.00, 640 acres sold by me to Charles Tapp near Sulpher Fork of the Red River, occupied by heirs of said Tapp and 160 acres sold to Robt. Crosslard and occupied by his heirs and 200 acres sold to H. J. Foster and occupied by said Foster 1000 acres 5 Nov 1872.

Tried to prove a connection with Durant and couldn't. In 1850 he is in Poke Co Ark, 40 years old, born in NC, haven't found any record of him in Bowie County.
