The Pope again by the Famous St. Louis Library.

My Personal Experience:

I Got to see the Pope 4 times, twice at home and twice at work. Was very exciting, easy to get caught up in the emotions, OK, I cried to when he was addressing the teens, many of which were crying also, ha ha! Was a moving experience, even though I'm not of that faith.

He drove by the left side of my apartment and then by the right side to the Keil Center, that's across the street from me, there were secret service on all the buildings, when I walked out onto my 7th floor balcony I drew alot of attention from them, I had my balcony door open so I could watch the motorcade on TV and see when he would pass my apartment. After the Keil Center, they had alot of fire works, setting them off the top of the War Memorial, that I took Dad and Geof into, that's just accross the park from me, that got a little scary, as the sparks were reaching to close, so I went back into and closed the balcony doors.

Next day I got to see the Pope going to and then from the Transworld building from my work, took some pictures. The pope mobile was moving pretty fast on several drive-bys and was hard to see or get a picture, I thought that was rude... but he was running late.

I bought some copies of the Post Dispatch EXTRA's, there has only been four printed in the history of the paper, WWII, Big Mac's home run 62, and they printed one on number 70, and then the Pope
