State Grant to Robert White of Union County 1787

Our Robert arrived in 1788, this may be his Grant,
however, will take more research to determine for sure.
Note: SC became a State in 1788.
The State of South Carolina To all to whom these Presents shall come, Greeting KNOW YE, That for and in consideration of Three Shillings & four Pence Sterling Money Paid by Robert White Unto the treasury for the use of this State, WE HAVE GRANTED, And by these presents DO GRANT unto the said RobertWhite his heirs and assigns,A plantation or tract of land containing Seventy OneAcres surveyed for him this 21st Day of January 1787 Situate in The District of Ninety Six Union County on both sides of Mitchells Creek waters of Fairforest Bounded by ‘track’________? Continuing N. E. S.__? & E. by Robert Whites land N. W. by Samuel Jacksons land S. W. by Chuck?? Jacksons land S. E. by Vacant land. Having such shape, from and marks as are represented by a plat Hereunto annexed, together with all woods, trees, waters, water=courses, Profits, commodities, appurtenances and hereditaments whatsoever there= Unto belonging: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said tract of Seventy One Acres of land, and all and singular other the premises hereby granted Unto the said Robert White His heirs and assigns forever, in free and common soccage. GIVEN UNDER THE SEAL OF THE STATE. Witness his Excellency Charles Pinckney Esquire,Governor and Commander in Chief in and over the said State, at Columbia , this Seventh day of MayAnno Domini, one thousand Seven hundred and ninety-eightAnd of the XXII year of the Independence of theUnited States of America Charles (L. The State of South Carolina To all to whom these Presents shall come, Greeting KNOW YE, That in pursuance of an Act of The Legislature, entitled "An Act for establishing the mode of "Granting the lands now vacant in the State, and for allowing a " Commutation to be received for some lands that have been granted," passed the 19th day of February, 1791. WE HAVE GRANTED, and by these presents DO GRANT unto Robert Whitehis heirs and, assign, a plantation or tract of land containing Twenty nine Acres surveyed for JohnW Creasy the 11th day of January 1798 Situate In the District of Pinckney on the Waters of Tinker Creek a branch of Fishing Creek Bounded by a line running N. W. by James McKinney N. E. by George Clickers Land & E. & W by land granted to William Taylor. Having such shape, from and marks as are represented by a plat Hereunto annexed, together with all woods, trees, waters, water=courses, Profits, commodities, appurtenances and hereditaments whatsoever there= Unto belonging: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said tract of Twenty NineAcres of land, and all and singular other the premises hereby granted Unto the said Robert WhiteHis heirs and assigns forever, in free and
