Land laid out to Emmanuel Stevens and Ralph Jackson, John MacGarritie, Moses Kirkland, now for L50 sterling, part of said 485 acres, 200 acres, on Tyger River at a place noted by the name of the old Waggon Ford, Steven’s (tho’ now Dunkin’s Line), just above a place known by the name of the old fish trap ford. Elizabeth Prince of district aforesaid for $100 to Sion Murphy of same, the land whereon I now live, one patent of 11 acres granted to Daniel Prince 5 Feb 1787, recorded in Book RRRR, page 24; one other patent of 83 acres granted to Wm Prince 1 Aug 1796, recorded H No. 5, page 228; also one other tract granted to Daniel Prince 4 July 1769, recorded in Book DDD, page 176 of 150 acres, but the last mentione dtract divided by a line of marked trees as agreed by and between Joseph Prince and William Prince, the whole intended to be conveyed by this deed 220 acres, 14 Sept 1812. Deed Book N, 121-122: James Otterson, Sheriff of Union District, by virtue of a writ of fieri facias from the court of common pleas held the third Monday of October 1811 at the suit of Sion Murphy to Levyi from the lands of Isaac Pearson administractor of John Prince deceased the sum of $68.40, tract of 216 acres, part of larger tract granted to John Prince 24 June 1785, recorded in Book LLLL, page 47; on the west side of said tract, now sold for $65 to said Sion Murphy, 3 Aug 1811, Samuel Otterson S. U. D. (LS), Wit: John Saunders Junr. Jas W. Darby. Proved by the oath of John Saunders Junr 3 Aug 1812 before Batte Birdsong, J. P. Recorded 5 Feb 1816. Page 114 in this book. Deed Book N, 122-124: James Otterson, Sheriff of Union District, by virtue of a writ of fieri facias from the court of common pleas held the third Monday of October 1811 at the suit of Sion Murphy to Levyi from the lands of Isaac Pearson administrator of John Price deceased the sum of $78.14, on patent of 11 acres granted to Daniel Prince 5 Feb 1787, 83 acres granted to William Prince 1 August 1796, and tract granted to Daniel Prince 4 July 1769, purchased by Elizabeth Prince for $10, 14 Sept 1812.
