Picture #1, is said to be the
Oldest Known picture of the Town,
Texarkana TX 1874, taken a year after Elias White's death
Elias White's original homestead was
not far from this town.
He lived in the Mooresville area, now Redwater Texas.
No doubt Elias & family visited this town for supplies &
to do trading, or just a night on the town.
