Middleton Lucky's name is not on the Plot of Land
it is a Company Name, at some point, MW sold the
land to this company, however, he was the original
Grantee, and should have been listed, instead of the Co.
However, after trying to read document #1
above, in
NOVICE terms, I believe MW did a Transfer or Swop
of the Smith Co property, for property, 640 acres, on
whose bountry is on the Banks of the Brazos River
