Presents that we
William L.
Nettles and Wife of the said William L. Nettles
of the County of Bowie and State of Texas for
and in Consideration of the sum of Twenty Dollars
to us in hand the Receipt whereof is hereby, acknowledged
here this day bargain, sold, Transferred, and conveyed
and by these Presents, do sell bargain transfer, and
convey unto Charles Creed, John
P. Creed and D. D. Nettles
of same residence, the following described tract or
parcel of land to wit;- all our individual undivided
interest Claim or ???? that we have in the Ann
Hale, and the John S. Herring surveys of Land lying
(and being) in Bowie County State of Texas, together
with all and singular the Rights members, and appur-
tenances hereto belonging to have and to Hold the same
Unto them the said Charles Creed, John P. Creed, and D. D.
Nettles their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever, and
We William L. Nettles and Margarit Nettles do
hereby bind ourselves Heirs Executors and Administrators
to warrant and defend all and singular the said premises
unto the Charles Creed, John P. Creed, and D. D. Nettles
their Heirs and assigns against the Lawful, Claim
or Claims of all persons Claiming or to Claim
the same or any part thereof this the 4 day of June
A.D. 1887.

of the sum of ($300.00) Three hundred dollars to me in
hand paid by J R Golden - have Granted, Sold, and Conveyed
and by these Presents do grant sell and convey, unto the
said J R Golden of the County of Bowie and State of Texas
all that certain lot or parcel of land situated in the County
of Bowie, and State of Texas known and described as follows
Beginning at the S.W. Corner of a 286 survey known as
Elias Homestead Thence East 532 vrs to a Stake from which
a White Oak brs N 80 W 3 vrs. Thence West 532 vrs
to the West line of said survey a Stake from which
a Pine brs 82 W 7 vrs Thence South 532 vrs to the
Place of Beginning Containing (50) Fifty acres all ?????
marked X The same being a part of the Ann Hale Head
Right Survey To have and to Hold the above described premises
together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances
thereto in any wise belonging unto the said J. R. Golden
his Heirs and assigns forever, and I do hereby bind
myself Heirs Executors and administrators to warrant
and forever defend all and singular the said Premises

hundred and twenty four Dollars to us in hand paid
by John P. Creed of said County and State the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged do by these presents
Grant bargain sell and convey unto the said John
P. Creed his heirs and assigns all that certain tract
or parcel of land lying in said County of Bowie
described as follows to wit: Lot no. 4 as shown by
the plot and set apart for the benefit of the Benj
White heirs the same being a part of the J. S.
Herring H R Survey to have and to hold the above
described properties together witha ll and singular
the rights and appurtenances thereto in any wise belong-
ing unto the said John P. Creed his heirs and assigns
forever and I do hereby bind myself heirs executors
and administrators to warrant and forever defend
the above described premises unto the said John P.
Creed his heirs and assigns forever against the law-
full claim of any person whomsoever lawfully
claiming the same this the 13 day of Oct 1890.
