Ephraim Lewis - SC Deed Transactions

Results from the 50 + deeds Ephraim was involved with:

Ephraim Lewis - Justice of the Peace
From: Apr. 9, 1816
End: Apr. 01, 1822

Before: 1816 Was Witness to Deeds
After 1822: Was Witness to Deeds

Last Deed Ephraim Signs as Witness:
Deed written: Aug. 19 1826
Deed Recorded: Feb. 5 1827

Last Deed Ephraim is Ref. on as bordering
Deed written: 26 Nov 1828
Deed Recorded: 4 May 1829

NOTE: Ephraim's brother George is ref. as 'deceased' when
mentioned with Ephraim, so we can say, Epraim was
still living as of 4 May 1829.

iSuspect Ephraim died after 4 May 1829, before the 1830 census.
However, Ephraim is still ref. on deeds in third person context, but
on a deed dated 2 Feb 1830, quote, "...Land Eph Lewis formerly,
lived on...".  From this I think we can say with some certainty he
              had passed away.

A study of the deeds below will enable you to form your own
              conclusions.

NOTE:  What do all of the Deeds have in common?  They are all in the area
of Lawson's Fork, along the Pacolet River.
