Storm kills the 3 Baby Eaglets - May
16th, 2017
(I was able to get pictures of the south end nest
on the 15th the
day before the Storm. In a note
from Barb at the Visitor center
read as follows: "Sad to report that both Eagle nest at the south
end are blown down and all three babies are dead. So Sad. The
Biologist said they had their pin feathers and were very healthy.)
