Postmarked 17 March 1959 Fort Worth, Texas Wed - March 18th.

My Dear Bob & Family,

Your sweet letter came last week and we too, regret that you couldn't have been with us at the very sad and unexpected loss of sweet Margaret.

     All of us will miss her but memories of her smile, readiness to cheer and help us in time of illness, will be with us always. I am still in a daze and have not felt the real extent of the loss of her going will really mean to me.

     God is my comfort and strength and His Will makes it alright with me.

     Today is Phyllis' 2nd birthday and she has a cold as have several others including Bill & I have a sore throat but am going to get out in this wonderful sunshine and get rid of it.

     You said that you might come up some weekend.  Please do, we all want to see you and soon.
