Bargain sell & convey

Notes:
These above three deeds, were found at Stewart Title Company in
Texarkana Texas, by cousin Gene Lynch. The were copies from the
originals before the fire destroyed the Bowie County Court House in
1879, thus are the only records of detail of Elias White's Land
transactions.
Susan Creed, of course, is Elias's daughter, he was living with her the
last
years of his life, and some of his property sales to Susan were to pay for
the care she provided during his blindness.
Deed #1 - They spelled
Elias as Ellis. Note also, that Jeremiah Bobo,
is on this deed, he was the son-in-law of Elias, who married his Hester
White. |
